What is a Leisure Trust?

Wave Leisure is a charitable not-for-profit Trust that is working to provide high quality, affordable and accessible health and fitness facilities and activities for your community. Every penny you spend with us goes into running our centres and any surplus we make is reinvested into developing even better facilities for you to enjoy.

However you want to spend your leisure time, there will be something for you across our six centres in Lewes, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Ringmer and Seaford.

Whether you want to workout in our gyms, swim for fun or fitness, enjoy an invigorating exercise class or learn a new sport or skill, our wide variety of facilities, activities and courses aim to help everyone of every age and ability achieve their best.

We have an extensive range of activities for children running through both term and holiday times, from supervised soft play for the under 5's to gymnastics, swimming lessons, trampolining, climbing and martial arts courses for juniors.
There are also classes and activities specially designed to keep you mobile, active and healthy whatever your age or fitness level in a relaxed and friendly environment. Come on one of our supervised Health Walks, try low-impact aqua aerobics, or have one of our fully qualified fitness consultants create a tailored fitness programme just for you.

Wave Leisure Trust is a non profit making registered charity whose aim is to increase the physical activity levels of the local community.  The Trust has you, the customer, at the heart of the organisation.  We are committed to provide excellent service and value for money and are proud to be recognised in the top 10% of all UK sport and leisure facilities by independently assessed Quest accreditation.  Our culture is built on five customer focussed foundations which collectively capture and drive our priorities.
