Buses from Eastbourne, Newhaven and Brighton stop outside and Seaford railway station is just 10 minutes away. There is also free on-site parking.

Cafe Wave
Cafe Wave at the Downs Leisure Centre is the ideal place to meet for lunch or coffee, whether you are relaxing after exercising , looking for the ideal venue to have a business meeting or catch up with friends.
Cafe Wave offers free parking, free access to Wi-Fi and a free internet connection point from our community computer for all our customers.
The varied and freshly prepared sandwiches, baguettes and salads are produced from our in-house market garden.
Cafe Wave is open from 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Dino's Soft Play
The largest of our indoor play areas is Dino's Soft Play at Downs Leisure Centre. Have your children's party in the new three storey play frame or indoor football pitch. With bouncy castle sessions an under 5's area, there's something for everyone!
Cafe Wave is open for drinks, healthy snacks and lunches.

Sessions may be limited to a maximum of 2 hours during busy periods, half term or bad weather. If the sessions is full you can book for the following session at reception only, payment to be made at time of booking.
Comfort Cooling System
When the weather is too hot to play outside, why not come and visit Dino's. The comfort cooling system means that the area remains comfortable for the children to play and for parents/gaurdians to sit and watch.
