5 Year Vision
Wave Leisure is a charity dedicated to increasing the physcial activity levels of the local population. As we start on the next stage of our growth, we have sought the views of all our partners about the future of our organisation; through their contribution we have redefined our business ambitions and purpose.
We are facing a number of challenges as '3 in every 4 people within Lewes District are inactive and lead a sedentary lifestyle' (source: Sport England, 2006). We need to enage more people in the community in an active lifestyle.
This document is a collaboration of all the partners' ideas and sets out the direction and vision for the future of Wave Leisure. We have identified the strategic priorities that will be our reference and focus over the coming years.
