The new cafe at the Downs Leisure Centre was officially opened last week.
Seaford Mayor Cllr. Tracy Willis was invited to cut the ribbon while Wave Leisure Trustee Cllr. Eddie Collict gave a speech and spoke about the history of the venue.
Back in 1987 the area used to be a bar, before becoming an actiivty area and later a meeting room and lounge area for the cafe.
The facility in Sutton Road has been completely refurbished and is now called Cafe Wave.
The venue has new furntiure, including leather sofas, and offers a new range of freshly prepared snacks as well as freshly brewed coffee and speciality teas.
Cafe Wave is open from 9am - 5pm, seven days a week.
