Completing the Form
Selection for interview will be based solely on the information contained in your application form. The Recruitment Monitoring Form is seen by the HR Department only and removed before the selection process. Please complete the application form in black so that it can be photocopied. Do not submit a CV instead of the application form, although you may supplement the form with additional information if you wish. Internal candidates must complete the form fully. The closing date for applications is on the enclosed information, we will not consider applications received after that time.

Wave Leisure is a charitable leisure trust which provides comprehensive leisure facilities at the following sites:
- Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford
- Lewes Leisure Centre
- Peacehaven Leisure Centre
- Ringmer swimming pool
- Seaford Head swimming pool
- Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre, Newhaven
