Health Walk Leaders

A short walk (about 45 minutes) for all ages, led by our trained Heath Walk Leaders. Walks are short, safe and on level ground. If you are new to exercise, start slowly and build up gradually. Brisk is best but gentle strolling is a good start - you should be able to chat comfortably. Warm-up exercises are included to loosen up stiff muscles. A qualified first aider will be available during your walk.
