Neil Cameron, Peacehaven Leisure Centre Manager says:

I would like to thank all of our customers who took the time to complete our recent customer survey.

I am delighted to see that that the satisfaction rating has increased in 6 out of the 8 areas customers were asked about and the rating is over 95% in 6 out of the 8 areas. It is especially pleasing to see that the rating for the cleanliness of the centre has increased significantly over the last year. Whilst this is excellent news we recognize that we can improve still further, especially in the area that scored lower than last year and over the coming months will be striving to improve our services.

Peacehaven Leisure Centre has had a significant investment over the last 12 months and the new gym is proving to be extremely popular with members new and old, offering a fantastic facility to the local community at a very competitive price.

We look forward to welcoming you at Peacehaven Leisure Centre over the coming year.
