Neil Cameron, Seahaven Centre Manager says:

I would like to thank all of our customers who took the time to complete our recent customer survey.

I am delighted to see that that the satisfaction rating has increased in 5 out of the 8 areas customers were asked about and the rating is over 93% in 7 out of the 8 areas. Whilst this is excellent news we recognize that we can improve still further, especially in the areas that scored lower than last year and over the coming months will be striving to improve our services and performance
