We have a variety of Cardio classes at our sites in Peacehaven, Seaford, Lewes and Newhaven.
Whether you want to burn calories, reduce stress or increase your energy levels, cardio training (otherwise known as cardiovascular or CV training) will help you live a fitter & healthier life.
Please note, some of our cardio classes are for those aged 14+ and some are 16+ only. For all classes, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and footwear that you can move freely in and bringing along a water bottle. If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.

Unleash you inner warrior! Body Combat is a mixed martial arts inspired class that gives you an all over body workout to amazing music. You'll destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed and feel empowered. You'll leave feeling ready to take on the world! No body contact or experience required.
A varied class combining cardio, resistance and core training. Using weights, resistance bands and stability balls, this class will focus on increasing your strength & cardiovascular fitness to give you the ultimate full body workout.
Boot camp training with former HM Royal Marine, Matt Hobson. Using training techniques of the Armed Forces to get you fit, both mentally and physically. Youll be motivted every step of the way to help you push your own limits in stengtha and edurance to build the strongest and best you possible. This is for all - beginners to advanced, and training will happen no matter what the weather brings!
Matt (former cross country and athletics runner for Royal Marines/Royal Navy) will guide you through ways of improving your running, with focus on technique, drills for strength and endurance, flexibility and increasing your speed and agility. Matt will also teach self care to aid your recovery between runs. Beginners to experienced runners all welcome.
Combining a 30min HIIT (high intensity interval training) with a core finisher . This fast paced class will tourch calories, whilst getiing you fitter & stonger. Topped off with a 15min focus on stregthening your core.
