Cardio Group Exercise Classes

We have a variety of Cardio classes at our sites in Peacehaven, Seaford, Lewes and Newhaven.

Whether you want to burn calories, reduce stress or increase your energy levels, cardio training (otherwise known as cardiovascular or CV training) will help you live a fitter & healthier life.

Please note, some of our cardio classes are for those aged 14+ and some are 16+ only. For all classes, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and footwear that you can move freely in and bringing along a water bottle. If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.

Armageddon

A fast paced class based on a circuit framework. Using only your bodyweight, be challenged with a blend of intensity levels and functional fitness to a pulsating soundtrack.

Body Attack™

A fun, high-energy fitness class that has you training like an athlete. Combining sports movements such as running, lunging and jumping & strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, this all our class helps test your limits! Its simple but effective!

Body Combat™

Unleash you inner warrior! Body Combat is a mixed martial arts inspired class that gives you an all over body workout to amazing music. You'll destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed and feel empowered. You'll leave feeling ready to take on the world! No body contact or experience required.

Body Conditioning

A varied class combining cardio, resistance and core training. Using weights, resistance bands and stability balls, this class will focus on increasing your strength & cardiovascular fitness to give you the ultimate full body workout.

Boxercise®

Learn boxing techniques combined with circuit style training which creates a fun but intense workout. A sure fire way to increase fitness while improving agility and coordination, all while burning hundreds of calories.

Fit Camp

Designed to help you feel happy, healthy and strong. Fort Fit Camp is an outdoor class like no other! Using park based equipment along with battle ropes and  tyres this really does beat going to the gym. Enjoy getting fit in this inclusive and truly unique setting.

Group Cycle

This high energy class on a stationary bike gets you pedalling hard and fast. The instructor will take you through a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding to test both your strength and endurance. Enjoy the ride!

Kettlercise®

Kettlercise® covers a huge range of 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. Techniques include high energy pulse raises and being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs, all with maximum effectiveness.
