Clubhouse and Bar

The Clubhouse and Bar is a relaxing area where anyone can come and enjoy a wide range of drinks and snacks including our home-made cakes, tea and coffee. Everyone is welcome to socialise in this community space designed for all ages. Spectators, participants and guests are all able to use the free WiFi and sport is available, all day, on the television. This area is the heart of the Sports Club and is where you will see the family friendly community environment at its best.

Health Walk

A short walk (about 45 minutes) for all ages led by our qualified Health Walk Leaders. Each Monday, departing Peacehaven Leisure Centre at 2:00 p.m.

The Pool has a full programme of sessions including lane swimming, water aerobics classes, swimming lessons and is an ideal venue for children’s pool parties. Getting There

Situated in Fort Road, Newhaven Shakespeare Hall was built in 1973 by the Newhaven Boys Club Committee as a purpose-built resource centre for the young people of Newhaven with a stated objective of:

“To help and educate young people through their leisure time activities so to develop their intellectual, social, physical and spiritual capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society.”

Easily reached from Peacehaven, Seaford and the surrounding area by car and five minutes away from Newhaven Railway Station, the Hall is also adjacent to Newhaven Football Club. It’s also a great venue for holding events such as Children Birthday Parties and Wedding Receptions.
