Are you driven, enthusiastic and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for team players with a can-do attitude to join our busy Customer Service Advisor team in centre.
You should have great interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm and professional when facing challenges. Proactive and flexible, you’ll need to be able to handle a fast-paced changing environment with lots of innovative new initiatives just around the corner.
You’ll be able to provide first class customer service whether you’re face to face or on the phone and have knowledge of using tills and cashing up.
Working in reception, in our administration office on-site and around the centre, you will be welcoming customers, answering the phone, helping with enquiries, making bookings and cashing up. You will also be involved in helping new members get to know Wave and marketing Wave’s services to potential new customers.
