You’ll have strong experience in staff supervision and a great track record in driving targets, delivering high results and responding to changing priorities.
Excellent customer service experience is essential, as are skills in cash handling, reconciliation and financial systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communications to suit different circumstances and brilliant organisational skills are vital. Experience of recruiting, training and developing staff is required.
Current First Aid Certificate, NPLQ, Pool Plant Operators Qualification or a coaching qualification in one or more sport are highly desirable but training can be provided if you do not hold these.
