Looking for simple exercises you can do at home? Whether you'd like to move your legs, arms, or more, our written guides and videos will take you through each exercise, explaining how you can gently work each muscle and keep fit at home. You won't require any equipment, but some exercises make use of things you have around your home, such as cushions or tea towels. If you would like to add some weight to your exercises, you could try tins of food or bottles of water. Most of our exercises can be done whilst sitting down. There are a few that involve standing or walking, but these are still gentle and slow paced.
