For both men and women, walking football prohibits players from sprinting, running or jogging while the ball is in play. The game is also non-contact.
Walking football is an energetic and engaging session, aimed to delivering a dose of ‘fun, football and fitness’ to all who participate.
Walking football is aimed at anyone over 55 years, with any level of experience. Sessions aim to improve your football ability and engage you into the ‘walking world’. A perfect session to be absorbed in football, as well as, improve socially, physically and mentally.
