HIIT Classes

We have High Intensity Interval Training classes at our sites in Peacehaven, Lewes and Seaford.

Work harder in less time with HIIT (High-intensity interval training). This form of exercise alternates between intense periods of work and recovery periods for a shorter, more efficient workout

Please note, our HIIT classes are for those aged 16+. For all classes, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and footwear that you can move freely in and bringing along a water bottle. If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.

HIIT & Core

A hybrid class that combines both HIIT & Core . This fast paced class will torch calories  whilst getting you fitter & stronger and is nicely topped off  with a 15min focus on strengthening  your core.

HIIT

HIIT  is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. Using weights, barbells and your own bodyweight coupled with a  whole load of motivation, this class will take you to your MAX!

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes and footwear, mat and water bottle 

Cycle HIIT

30 min high intensity training using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the instructor will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout thats proven  to get great results. enjoy the ride!

Les Mills Grit Strength™ 

GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.  GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches  motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast!

Les Mills Grit Cardio™ 

GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will help motivate you to go harder, to get fit, fast!
