Holistic Classes

We have a variety of Holistic classes at our sites in Peacehaven, Seaford and Lewes.

Increase your energy and calm the mind using exercises that keep the body fit while contributing to a sense of relaxation and spiritual balance. Learn how breathing patterns can calm the mind and increase your mobility and flexibility, all while building muscle strength and stamina.

Please note, all of our holistic classes are for those aged 16+. For all classes, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and footwear that you can move freely in and bringing along a water bottle. If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.

Pilates

Pilates is a series of non impact exercises designed  to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. With an emphasis on alignment and control - Pilates really is great for everyone.

Les Mills BodyBalance™

Designed to strengthen the body and centre the mind, Bodybalance brings together elements of Yoga, TaiChi, Pilates & Meditation. This beautiful programme will  help to increase flexibility, improve posture and reduce stress levels. Perfect for all abilities.

Yoga

Yoga is a healing system of theory & practice. It helps us find the calm in our busy lives. Whilst improving flexibility, strength and muscle tone along with pain prevention and a focus on breathing, Yoga really does have amazing benefits for the mind, body & soul.

Tai Chi

A wonderful  series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.

Tai Chi Wudang

An ancient Chinese martial art and exercise system, Tai Chi Wudang benefits both health & fitness. With options to integrate swords, this wonderfully invigorating session will leave you feeling composed, refreshed and centred.
