Family Fitness

A fun session for all the family to try something new together. 

Being active with your family can help establish lifelong habits. Enjoying physical activity with your children can bring self-esteem, enjoyment, togetherness, and build confidence and teamwork in your family. 

Wednesdays 5.00pm - 6.00pm

Shakespeare Hall, Newhaven

Minimum age 6 years + with adult supervision. Parents/guardians are welcome to join in!
