Junior Yoga

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s non-competitive. 

Children gain enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, enhancing their flexibility, strength and coordination. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. 

For children aged 8-14 years
