Get Motivated with New T-45 Group Exercise Sessions for Young People
Our new T-45 Group Exercise session is a great opportunity for young people aged 11-16 to try out new classes, have fun with friends and enjoy being active.
From Circuits to H.I.I.T, Yoga to Clubbercise, participants will have the chance to try a new style of class each week. This session trains all aspects of fitness, covering strength, flexibility, power, cardio and more. With such a variety of session types, T-45 is the perfect session to get motivated with friends, meet new people and find a new favourite class.
