This class combines power and strength to build stamina and body strength using kettlebells. You will lunge, squat and swing your way though this class and find out why the kettlebell is an amazing tool to help you reach your fitness goals.
Kettlebells class takes place Fridays 6.30am - 7.15am and from Sunday 3rd November you can attend our NEW regular class every Sunday 10am - 10.45am.
