Here is a wonderful opportunity for you as a new mum to ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby. Discover how yoga can help you stretch, strengthen and tone your body. The sessions include gentle yoga for your baby so you can practise together.
Please make sure you have had your six/eight week check from your GP before starting.
Starting on Monday 12th November, sessions will run every Monday at Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford.
12:30pm - 1:30pm
Free to members, £6.25 for non-members, inclusive price for parent and baby. Baby must be older than 8 weeks (10-12 weeks for caesarean birth) and not yet walking. One parent must attend with one baby, unless you have twins.
