Open to all abilities, in this inclusive class you'll take on five different fitness stations each designed to target a different area. By rotating through each station five times you'll improve your strength, speed, power, endurance and more. Get competitive with friends with an AMRAP circuit (As many reps as possible) and enjoy a stretch focus and abs blast section to round off this unique training session. As the weeks progress you can track your fitness progress and get your 2019 off to a fun and active start!
