* Juniors accessing the gym on a pay as you basis will need to complete an introduction to using the gym with one of our qualified instructors for £19.95.

Exercise Classes:

At Wave we have a variety of group exercise classes across our sites in Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford and Peacehaven. We cover all aspects of fitness including holistic, cardio, strength and core. Find out more here.

Swimming:

Swimming for fitness or fun provides you with a complete form of exercise. Being supported by the water, it is also low impact and suitable for everyone. Find out more here.
