Senior Activities

Wave designs, develops and provides activities which are tailored to meet the needs of the older population of the Lewes District area. Wave’s Older People’s activities are inclusive of our outreach work and provide opportunities for increased participation and wellbeing.

Our activity calendar includes weekly timetabled sessions which are specifically designed to help support participation of those over 65 years of age. These sessions are at various levels of intensity and range from gentle exercise, such as Chair-Based Exercise and Strength and Balance classes, to higher intensity such as Table Tennis and Senior Gym sessions.
