Senior's Tai Chi

This class strengthens and improves your core and stability, relieves stress, tension, aches and pains.

Tai Chi combines deep breathing exercises with slow flowing movements. This relaxing martial art can reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and helps increase muscle strength in the legs.
