What is the Train & Maintain challenge?
Aiming to start 2020 and smash your fitness and wellbeing goals once and for all? Take part in our Wave exclusive challenge this January to ensure you get off to the best start and see the journey through.
Our Train & Maintain challenge will help you build healthy habits that last. Whether you've got a specific goal in mind or you'd just like to get more active, by taking part in Train & Maintain you'll watch yourself develop and progress until getting active becomes second nature.
How does it work?
To take part in our Train & Maintain challenge, you'll need a Myzone fitness tracker. This will allow you to download the Myzone app and join our challenge. You'll log each time you get active and get the opportunity to interact with like minded people also taking part in Train & Maintain. We'll be able to keep you motivated and you'll be able to see how far you've come!
From the time you sign up for the challenge, you'll need to wear your Myzone belt and log 3 activities (moves) per week for 12 weeks. This could be a gym session, a class, or even an outdoor ramble. Why not aim to try something new each month? We're not looking to track your MEP's and it's not about who gets active the most. You just need to complete a minimum of 3 activities per week while wearing your Myzone belt.

Maintain 3 moves a week for 12 weeks and you'll automatically be entered into a competition to win the remainder of your 2020 membership for FREE! You must be signed up to our Train & Maintain challenge by Friday 31st January 2020 to be entered into our prize draw. The winner will be chosen from the pool of successful challenge completers through random generator by the Managers of Wave Leisure Trust Ltd on 7th May 2020. See Ts & Cs.
