Our COVID-19 hub

We've created a COVID-19 hub so you can know what to expect before you visit and ensure you feel safe, confident and ready to enjoy getting active!

Looking to dive into our pools?

We've created a new section of our COVID-19 hub especially for swimming. Explore our swimming hub now.

Got the NHS COVID-19 app?

When you visit us, look out for the NHS Test and Trace QR posters, which will be displayed in each centre.
  • Open up the NHS COVID-19 app
  • Scan the QR Code before you go to your activity
  • You will be alerted if you come into contact with COVID-19
In line with Government requirements, new QR codes are displayed in all Wave sites for customers choosing to use the new NHS Covid-19 app. Please be reassured that Wave has an internal track and trace system in place but there is a requirement for Wave to comply and support the Government Guidance. You will need to have downloaded the NHS COVID-19 app before you visit. If you cannot use the NHS COVID-19 app for whatever reason, we will have alternative logging methods available. You can find out more about the NHS COVID-19 app on the NHS website: https://www.covid19.nhs.uk/

Find more information about our phased re-opening plan by reading our full dry activity re-opening statement. You can also read our full swimming re-opening statement.

Help us #saveleisure

There are 2,800 public leisure facilities in the UK. Without help from the Government, up to 48% of these could be closed by the end of 2020.

Local leisure centres such as ours support the physical, mental and social wellbeing of their communities. We're supporting Community Leisure UK in their #saveleisure campaign, which aims to lobby the Government for financial support and ensure local leisure facilities can continue to operate.
