Members and non-members have different booking rights when it comes to booking online.
You won't be able to see any sessions before 14 or 5 days in advance, which may affect the number of sessions you can see when you look at your online booking account.
Everyone, member and non-member, will get 5 days advance booking rights on Family Bubble and Family Flume sessions as these are not included in any memberships. You'll be able to see and book these in the app and online 5 days before they take place.

What activities can I do?
Racket sports and other activities will be coming back in phases. Please speak to you local centre to hear the latest updates.
How do I book an activity?
Will there be a limit to number of bookings that I can make?
At present there is no limit to the number of sessions a member can book.
My routine includes equipment from both gyms at The Downs, Seaford. How do I book this?
You will need to book a spot in each of the gyms if you wish to access equipment in both areas. Slots are every hour so, for example, you would book Gym 1 for 10am and Gym 2 for 11am.
You will need to exit the centre after your first session and re-join the reception queue.
I've never used online booking before. How do I create my account?
You do not need to be a member to set up an online booking account with Wave. You will be able to book and pay for swim and gym sessions, plus group exercise classes through the online booking website or the Wave app.

I'm having trouble setting up my account.
If you're having trouble setting up your account, make sure you've read and followed each step in our account creation guide. If you have done this, try taking a look at our troubleshooting page which lists common problems that may impact your setup.

Will I still receive my Wave rewards stamp on doing an activity?
To reduce the chances of cross-contamination, we will not be stamping Wave reward cards for now.
Can I use the Boditrax machine at the Downs Leisure centre?
No – this machine will not be in use to reduce cross-contamination.
