Group Exercise Classes

All sessions must be booked in advance - you will not be permitted to enter if you have not pre-booked your session.

This means that we can minimise queuing time and the risks associated with the COVID-19 Virus. You can book by heading to our booking website, or the Wave App (the simplest method). Our guide to online booking can be found here.

Numbers will be limited so please make sure to book early. Please try not to arrive more than 10 minutes before a booked session. On arrival you may be asked to wait in one of our ‘holding areas’ whilst the area is prepped for your arrival.

Want to see what you can enjoy? See our latest timetables.

Please note, we will no longer be providing certain types of equipment, e.g. yoga mats or blocks and when other activities come on stream, e.g badminton, table tennis, etc we will no longer loan equipment out to customers, e.g. rackets, ball or shuttle cocks. Please either, bring your own or purchase them from our Reception points. Exercise mats can be purchased for £6, and yoga mats for £18.50.

For your safety, any equipment provided by us for your session will have been cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
