I have worked for Wave Leisure for over three years as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I like to think of myself as friendly and approachable. I enjoy sharing the responsibility of reaching goals with my clients. All the goals set are realistic, achievable and mutually set.
One of my key strengths is being able to offer continued motivational support and meaningful guidance. I am more than happy to work with all age groups. As a member of CIMSPA, I regularly take courses to further improve my personal skills.

Gym based cardio-acceleration - combining resistance exercises with high intensive cardio-vascular bursts to get lean-fit-fast.
CYQ Level 2 Gym Instructor and CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified.
Advance Resistance Training (The Series). Awarded November 2018. CPD accredited.
Level 2 Award in Adapting Fitness Instruction for adolescents.
