Wave Leisure is a charitable not-for-profit Trust that is working to provide high quality, affordable and accessible health and fitness facilities and activities for your community.

Wave Leisure is dedicated to increasing the physical activity levels of the local population.

Every penny you spend with us goes into running our centres and any surplus we make is reinvested into developing even better facilities for you to enjoy.

However you want to spend your leisure time, there will be something for you across our six centres in Lewes, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Ringmer and Seaford. Whether you want to workout in our gyms, swim for fun or fitness, enjoy an invigorating exercise class or learn a new sport or skill, our wide variety of facilities, activities and courses aim to help everyone of every age and ability achieve their best.
