If you need expert advice and guidance for your exercise routine and achieving your goals, our members have access to Fitness Instructors who can provide you Welcome Workouts, support you with a personal plan and plan review to support your journey at no extra cost.

Fantastic facilities

Members have access to changing rooms, lockers and showers at no cost. So, you can get ready for the next part of your day after your workout.

Online booking

Want to get ahead? A membership with Wave means you can book your class or swim session 14 days in advance with our online booking and app at no extra cost. 

Free parking

We even offer free parking at most of our sites while you train with us and have facilities with near access to public transport, so you can break up your journey at no extra cost to make the most of your time with us.
