Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Wave Active Limited will be held at its Registered Office at:

Downs Leisure Centre
Sutton Road
Seaford
East Sussex
BN25 4QW                             

On Monday 16th October 2023 commencing at 3:00pm.

The format of the meeting will be as follows:

  • Annual General Meeting

  • Public Question and Answer Session

 

The Annual General Meeting will deal with the following business:

  • To consider the Accounts year ending 31st March 2023

  • Appointment of Chairman

  • Reappoint Trustees

  • Appointment of New Trustees

  • Appointment of Co-opted Trustees

  • Reappoint the Trust’s Auditors

The Board of Trustees would like to invite members of the general public to join the meeting to answer any questions regarding the business.

Please note, if you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to submit a question, please ensure your question is e-mailed to info@waveactive.org at least 48 hours in advance of the AGM.
