Supervised Sessions for under 8’s allow you to enjoy a gym workout or group exercise class and are available at the following times:
Tuesday - 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Wednesday - 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Thursday - 9:15 am - 10:15 am, 9:30 - 10:30 and 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Saturday - 9:00 am - 10:00 am, 10:00 am - 11:00 am and 10:30 - 11:30
