Our largest facility in Seaford offers a range of group exercise classes, a state-of-the-art gym and much more.
We expect to receive one week’s advance notice of opening dates from the Government which will enable us to provide more information about activities and opening dates with members and customers.

Dino's Update: 17 March 2021
Unfortunately Dino’s won’t be re-opening because we have had to make the difficult decision to relocate some of our membership-based services due to social distancing regulations. This decision wasn’t made lightly but is because of the financial impact Covid-19 has had on Wave Leisure and the services we can offer.
Over the coming months we are looking to launch a new programme of children’s activities including ‘active play’ sessions within our sports hall. These will use a range of equipment spread across a large area and enable us to ensure our cleaning routines of equipment can be adhered to. We are also considering housing an indoor play area in the Downs Leisure Centre and we will keep all members updated in due course.
Whilst we appreciate that there will be disappointment that Dino’s will not re-open, we want to look forward to reimagining our offer for children and young people, supporting parents and families to lead active lifestyles together with Wave Leisure.

Description: Small group training for an introduction to the new Functional Training Gym, at Downs Leisure Centre . Build confidence and learn how to train your muscles to work together. With pushing, pulling, squatting and lifting movement patterns, you’ll enjoy an all over body workout to help build strength, power and increase balance. These sessions will be provided by a qualified fitness instructor, to suit all levels and abilities.
