The first step towards making a lifestyle change is always the hardest, however we should remember the old adage that it’s the journey not the destination that’s important.

Fun for Little Ones
Come and visit one of Wave’s three Soft Play themed adventure zones – have fun with Dinosaurs in Seaford, or explore a Magic Castle in Peacehaven or visit our Ocean Adventure in Lewes, a fun-packed soft play area over three levels for children under 8, with interactive sounds and a dedicated area for toddlers.
Packed with lots of fun and exciting things to do, each soft play is ideal for a weekend visit, a perfect choice for some after school play time or, for our younger guests, a great place to visit and discover during school term-time when it’s a bit quieter.
Swimming can be a wonderful recreational activity for individuals and families. The pool makes a great playground and a great gym. There is so much more on offer now in our pools from aqua-aerobics to swimming lessons, diving to inflatable fun sessions. But that’s not all. Swimming keeps the body fit and healthy, and helps to fight the health risks of obesity and an inactive lifestyle – and children who keep fit and healthy tend to do better academically.
Learning to swim is not only fun and healthy, it is a life skill. Living in a costal location, our children are exposed to the dangers of water. By learning to swim they learn about the dangers of water and how to be safe around and in it.
