Whether you’re a stand-out swimmer, a gym beginner, a class enthusiast or you’re looking to improve your health and wellbeing, we can support you to make the most of your membership.
Get to know the team, the facilities, and the gym equipment better to make the most of your membership. The best way to do this is to book a Welcome Workout, enjoy the opportunity of having a Personal Plan created and access Plan Reviews to support your progress.
A member of the Fitness Team will introduce themselves and then take you through a welcome workout which will include general fitness and resistance machines to ensure you know how to use them safely.

This is an opportunity to discuss individual goals and needs with your trainer and tell them what you would like to achieve in more detail. You will finish the session with your bespoke training plan to keep you motivated, informed and on the right track.

To ensure you are enjoying your visits and maintaining your plan, you can arrange a review with a member of our fitness team every 10-12 weeks. Giving you time to enjoy your progress and feel the benefits of your previous plan, this session will enable us to update your goals, plan and keep you motivated.

Swimming for fitness or fun provides you with a complete form of exercise. Being supported in water, is also low impact and suitable for everyone.

Having a Personal Trainer comes at an extra cost but with that also comes a wide range of benefits. We have some great packages on offer which means it can – and will – work for you.
At every visit you will have your trainer at your side motivating you throughout your journey, giving you the best advice and support available.
