Lane Swimming

We offer four types of lane swimming, available to book through our app or online.

Fitness Swim

A session for faster fitness swimming. The pool will have 4 lanes in use; 2 Fast and 2 Medium. Maximum 5 swimmers per lane.

For swimmers who will be continually swimming for fitness and stamina. For ages 12+

 

Lane Swim

A session designed for slower pace swimming. The pool will have 2 double lanes in use, 1 Medium and 1 Slow. Maximum 10 swimmers per lane.

For leisurely swimmers. For ages 12+

  

60+ Swim

The pool will have 2 double lanes in use, 1 Medium and 1 Slow. Maximum 10 swimmers per lane.

For leisurely swimmers, for ages 60+

 

#This Girl Can Swim

This session is aimed at encouraging females into physical activity. The pool will have 2 double lanes in use, 1 Medium and Slow. Maximum 10 swimmers per lane.

A session designed for female swimming only, for ages 14+

Please use the below guide to decide the right lane speed for you:

The Fast Lane - users should be able to do 1 length of the pool in around 20-30 seconds

The Medium Lane - users should be able to do 1 length of the pool in around 30-40 seconds

The Slow Lane - users should be able to do 1 length of the pool in around 40-50 seconds
