Classes and Activities

At Wave we have a variety of group exercise classes across our sites in Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford and Peacehaven. We cover all aspects of fitness including holistic, cardio, strength and core. 

However you would like to get active, Wave has a fantastic variety of Group Exercise classes suitable for everyone. 

We've put our classes into six categories of focus; Cardio, Dance, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Holistic, Strength & Core and Water Based.

Our classes often incorporate a few areas of fitness, so we've developed this easy key to help you identify which classes are suited to you and your goals:

If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.
